Company and history
In March 1890, Josep Coral Guasch founded Productes Ceràmics Jose Coral in a small shop located at 21 Aribau Street in Barcelona, dedicated to the marketing and distribution of materials for construction and decoration. In 1910, due to the prosperity of the business, he was forced to move the business to calle Ronda San Antonio 43 (Photo), under the trade name of Productos Ceramicos Casa Coral. Later, in 1932, his son Jose Coral Casant decided to move it back to the current Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes 549, and to update the trade name and simplify it to Casa Coral.
Later, in 1975, in the third generation, under the management of his daughter Montserrat Coral Rovira, she changed the name again to a more modern one, Ceràmiques Coral, introducing the commercialisation of sanitary ware, taps, screens, bathroom furniture and related products.
At the end of 2014 a new generational change took place under the management of Oscar Vidal Coral, who updated the commercial name to Ceramiques Coral Barcelona, specifying the location of the company.
Today, Ceràmiques Coral is one of the few family businesses that have remained since the end of the 19th century, maintaining its roots in the distribution and marketing of high quality ceramic products, as well as special products and pieces for finishes and decoration.

In handmade ceramics we offer the possibility of reproducing tiles, hydraulic mosaic floors and ceramic pieces, in order to recover the original appearance in those spaces that require it in restoration and rehabilitation.
