The quote is valid for 30 days. After this period, for privacy reasons, it will be deleted from our database, and you'll need to request a new assessment.

**EXCEPTIONS:** Some rustic, handmade products, furniture, and shower screens have longer delivery times, as their manufacturing begins upon order. The times indicated for each product are expressed in working days.

In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to return your purchase (totally or partially) if you are not satisfied. You have **7 working days** from the date of receipt to inform us of your desire to return the product.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be made in the same way as the payment. All returns must be sent in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labeling.
In case of receiving a defective product (due to manufacturing or shipping damage), you must contact Ceramiques Coral Barcelona S.L. within **24 hours** of receiving the order to manage the product exchange.
We recommend opening the product in the presence of the carrier.
We guarantee all our products for a period of **3 YEARS**, as provided in LAW 23/2003 of July 10 (LGVBC) on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, provided that it is not due to misuse or improper installation of the product. Some of our marketed products have an extended warranty.
If a product is defective, it will be repaired, replaced, a price reduction will be offered, or the contract will be terminated, without any cost to the consumer. The seller is responsible for non-conformities that manifest within two years from delivery. The consumer must inform the seller of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
At Ceramiques Coral Barcelona S.L., as a conventional store, we primarily display products with the most common standard dimensions.
