NO-OBLIGATION QUOTATION REQUEST
To obtain a detailed, no-obligation quote, please send us an email via the Contact form. Include the footage or measurements of your project (and blueprints if available), and the products of interest from our catalogs. It is important to specify the Series, Collection, Range, models, dimensions, references, and quantities.
You will receive a personalized assessment within a maximum of 48 hours.
For privacy reasons, the only essential data required for the quote are your name, phone number, email, and, of course, the requested materials. All other fields are optional.
Quotations are valid for 30 days. After this period, for privacy, they will be deleted from our database and you must request a new assessment.
HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
You can place your order in person or online.
Before confirming, we ask that you carefully verify the references, quantities, measurements, and colors of the items. Once the delivery times are checked and accepted, the agreed amount must be paid.
IMPORTANT! Orders for artisanal or custom-made products must be paid in advance and cannot be canceled once production has begun.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
If some time has passed since you received the quote and you decide to place the order, please send us an email confirming the received quotation. We will re-confirm the delivery times in case there have been any changes.
Once you receive our confirmation, please make the payment to the account listed on the quote or invoice and attach the payment receipt. Once we have verified receipt of payment, we will send you the invoice via email.
Once your order is ready, we will notify you, and in the case of shipping, we will provide the tracking number and the transport agency contact details.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Spain: Maximum 10 days (usually 3-5 days).
- Europe: From 10 to 30 days depending on the country (average 7 to 15 days).
- Intercontinental: From 30 to 90 days (average 45 days).
EXCEPTIONS: Some rustic, artisanal products, furniture, and shower screens have longer delivery times, as their manufacturing begins upon order. The times indicated for each product are expressed in working days.
SHIPPING
Delivery will be made to the address you specify when placing the order, through specialized transport companies that ensure the goods arrive in perfect condition and within the established times.
You are free to decline our shipping service and use your preferred transport agency.
VERY IMPORTANT: Inspection of Goods Upon Receipt!
According to the Land Transport Management Law (LOTT), claims for poor reception or damage to the goods will not be accepted if they are not reported at the time of delivery. Please take the following measures:
- INSPECT THE GOODS AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT.
- REPORT ANY POSSIBLE BREAKAGE TO THE DRIVER BEFORE SIGNING THE RECEIPT. The driver must record it on their PDA and, if possible, take a photo of the breakage.
Unfortunately, any claim made after unloading WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, as transport agencies do not consider them incidents if they are not registered in their system AT THE EXACT MOMENT OF UNLOADING.

Shipping costs are clearly specified in the quote, the proforma invoice, and the final invoice. Ceràmiques Coral Barcelona S.L. is not responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incomplete or incorrect data, or the absence of the recipient.
RETURNS
In accordance with current regulations, you have the right to return your purchase (totally or partially) if you are not satisfied. You have 7 business days from the date of receipt to notify us of your wish to return the product.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be made using the same method as the payment. All returns must be sent in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labeling.
In case of receiving a defective product (due to manufacturing or shipping damage), you must contact Ceràmiques Coral Barcelona S.L. within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a product exchange. We recommend opening the product in the presence of the carrier.
WARRANTIES
We guarantee all our products for a period of 3 YEARS, as provided in LAW 23/2003 of July 10 (LGVBC) on Warranties in the Sale of Consumer Goods, provided it is not due to misuse or poor installation of the product. Some of our marketed products feature an extended warranty.
If a product is defective, we will proceed with its repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, at no cost to the consumer. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that manifests within two years of delivery. The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
At Ceràmiques Coral Barcelona S.L., as a conventional store, we primarily display products with the most common standard measurements. However, many of our artisanal products can be custom-made, or produced in other finishes and colors. We will inform you of the specific delivery times for these options.
